Argo Senior Living at Haverhill Road houses 38 residents in 34 private studio or one-bedroom apartments. All homes include a private bathroom, mini kitchen and living and sleeping areas, and pets are permitted. Residents furnish their own homes, though furniture rentals are available for people looking for respite stays.

The basic monthly fee includes use of the private residence, community areas, utilities (except phone), activities, weekly housekeeping, laundry and linen services, apartment and grounds maintenance. The facility provides three meals a day, plus snacks and drinks in the dining room along with additional amenities such as a beauty and barber salon, and pharmaceutical products are available as well. Assisted living services are personalized for each resident, and residents are charged for the services they require, which may include help with ADLs, medications and exercise. Argo’s staff are available 24 hours a day and can also help arrange doctor appointments and paid transportation off-campus.
